Approved cash back is added to your savings page on the Rewards site and mailed as a check on the 15th of the following month.
5% Cash Back at 1,000+ Marketplace Retailers
Membership isn't limited to purchases from The Bradford Exchange. Members can currently earn 5% cash back on qualifying purchases at more than 1,000 participating retailers through the Rewards Marketplace - up to $1,000 in cash back per year. For online purchases, the general process works like this:
1. Sign in to your Rewards account at BradfordExchangeRewards.com.
2. Visit the Marketplace.
3. Select a participating retailer.
4. Click through to that retailer from the Rewards site.
5. Complete your purchase with the retailer.
Eligible cash back is then tracked through the Rewards program and paid by check on the 15th of the following month. Keep in mind that individual retailer restrictions can apply - including a limit of one qualifying purchase per retailer per day - so it's worth reviewing the applicable retailer information before purchasing. Note that gift cards, money orders, and bill-pay purchases are excluded from cash-back eligibility.
Shipping Rebates
One of the more valuable, and sometimes overlooked, benefits of membership is the ability to submit rebate claims for eligible shipping charges. For qualifying purchases from The Bradford Exchange and its Family of Brands, members can currently claim unlimited qualifying shipping rebates. For Marketplace purchases, rebates are currently capped at $10 per order and $500 per year.
Something to note: shipping rebates are not applied automatically. Return Shipping Rebates
Qualifying return shipping costs may also be eligible for reimbursement. For returns to The Bradford Exchange and its Family of Brands, members can currently claim unlimited qualifying return shipping rebates. For Marketplace returns, the same $10 per order and $500 per year caps apply. As with outbound shipping, return shipping rebates must be submitted as a claim. They are not automatic.
