The warranty on this Hawthorne Masterpiece Railways Electric Train Locomotive product, which includes all moving parts, accessories (including light bulbs, LED’s and traction wheels), motors, and structural, electrical and mechanical components, is extended to the original purchaser for a period of ONE or TWO YEARS beginning when the original 365-day money-back guarantee expires.

This extended warranty covers the repair or replacement of or refund of the original purchased Electric Train Locomotive for which this warranty was purchased. The choice of repair, replacement or refund shall be at the sole discretion of The Bradford Exchange. There is no coverage for lost, destroyed or damaged locomotive units or accessories.

This extended warranty applies only to the locomotive for which this warranty was purchased.

Original Bradford Exchange Limited Warranty cannot be copied.

This extended warranty is non-transferable and does not cover the following:

To make a warranty claim, you must call us at 1-800-772-4277 before the expiration of your extended warranty for a return authorization. Upon contacting us, please have the following information ready: (1) product name, (2) date of original purchase, and (3) a description of the problem. If your information does not agree with our records, we may require additional documentation from you. Upon confirmation that your warranty claim is valid, The Bradford Exchange will provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) and instructions for returning your locomotive. You must include the RAC with the returned locomotive to ensure proper tracking and handling of your claim.

Warranted products may be returned only by the original purchaser. In no event shall The Bradford Exchange be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

The Bradford Exchange shall have no obligation to repair, replace or return your locomotive or issue a refund for locomotives returned to us without an accompanying valid RAC.
